In my current design research I explore new value propositions for Chat and Voice interfaces and the underlying algorithms. I believe that well-established conversation protocols from current therapy-, coaching- and educational practice can be used for new -empowering – types of interactions between humans and robots.
Most of my recent design work is in Human-Agent Interaction: user-friendly products and services supported by automated, decision-making algorithms.
To test this hypothesis, I explore, design and make experimental bots together with a group of like-minded designers and researchers. With the things I learn I create products and ventures that empower the disadvantaged. I share my insights with companies, students and co-researchers.
